Water Jetting Equipment – Precision in Cleaning, Cutting & Surface Preparation

Water Jetting Pump And Equipment

What are water jetting equipment and pumps?

Imagine a very strong hose that is capable of removing paint, concrete, and even dirt. In simple terms, that is the function of a water jetting pump. This powerful pump produces a powerful jet of water for cleaning or cutting.

The benefits of Water jetting equipment are

Cleaning effectively: Tough blockages and debris in pipelines are removed with water jetting. Drains are left clear, and future obstructions are avoided as it blasts away grease, filth, and even tree roots.

Protects pipes: compared to other mechanical cleaning methods, high pressure jetting does not harm pipelines. The high-pressure water flow cleans effectively without damaging the pipe material.

Eco-friendly: When cleaning drains, water jetting equipment eliminates the need for harsh chemicals. Both the environment and your plumbing system will be safer with this.

Accurate cutting: high pressure jet washing is used in industrial applications to cut through a range of materials with accuracy. It produces clean, burr-free edges, which eliminates the need for further finishing.

Flexibility: Various cleaning and cutting jobs can be handled using high water pressure jet. It provides a potent and well-regulated treatment for both hard and delicate blockages.

Pressure jetting is an environmentally safe method used to handle cleaning, cutting, and surface preparation problems in a variety of industrial applications.

This versatile technology has been proven effective for use with materials as diverse as rubber, composites, metals, and even foodstuffs.

Water jet technologies are ecologically favorable in that they do not produce hazardous water products often found in the manufacturing process.

In addition, pressure jetting uses small amounts of water, which can be recycled using a closed-loop system.

High pressure water blasting also reduces the release of fumes and contaminants from materials such as fiberglass and asbestos, thereby creating a safer environment for equipment operators.

Where is the water jetting pump used?

In the petrochemical refineries for heat exchanger and condenser tube decoking, pipeline cleaning, and other hydrojetting jobs.

In the power plants for boiler, condenser, and air-preheater cleaning. Also flushing of pipelines in ash handling systems.

In the cement plants for removals of ring/snow formation in rotary kins/Air preheater cleaning for the elimination of grease, dirt, and residues from pipes, bins, walls, vehicles, floors, etc.

In the chemical processing industry, chemical residues are removed from tanks, boiler tubes, valves, heat exchangers, vessels, reactors, etc.

In civil bodies for cleaning of drains, pipelines, vehicles, reservoirs, drains, & sewers.

In the beverage industry for the removal of sediments, yeast, and fermentation residues on pipes and facilities.

In the food processing industry for the removal of fats, oil, dough, and grease from mixers, oven conveyors, and facilities.

In general, public utilities like cleaning insulators, boilers, vehicles, machinery, and reactors.

What does it include?

Water jetting equipment comprises a high-pressure horizontal, triplex, single-acting reciprocating pump driven by an electric motor or diesel engine, suction & discharge hoses, a suction tank, a flexible or rigid lance, high-pressure guns, a foot paddle valve, different nozzles, a starter panel, pressure switches, and cleaning accessories as per our standard design to meet the following flow rate and discharge pressure.

The complete water jetting units come with different mountings, such as base frames, trolleys, or oil field-type skids.

Maximum working pressure: 1500 Kg/cm²
Maximum Discharge flow rate: 250 LPM

What is the best manufacturer of water jetting equipment?

Goma supplies complete high-pressure water jetting equipment. These units can be used in all industries for hydro-blasting, tube cleaning, surface preparation, scale removal, etc., where other mechanical or manual systems fail to give the finish and cleaning efficiency.

Important safety note: Water jetting equipment can be very strong, so use it carefully. When operating a water jetter, always use appropriate safety equipment, such as gloves, goggles, and a mask.
