GOMA’s role in Herbal health drinks manufacturing industry

GOMA’s role in Herbal health drinks manufacturing industry

What is an herbal health drink?

Today’s generation is exposed to a lot of pollution of various kinds. Therefore, we cannot avoid the chance (whenever / wherever possible) to choose healthier options – it may be in our work life or our eating preferences.
Herbal health drinks are one of the best options for a healthier lifestyle.

Considering our fast-paced and sedentary lifestyle, several health issues have been rising and major reasons for it are unhealthy food choices and lack of movement.

With a rising focus on health consciousness, people want to prevent lifestyle diseases such as diabetes and obesity which are very common in India, and they are looking for healthy, low-fat options of foods.

Because of the time constraints, exercising seems difficult, but choosing a healthier diet is convenient and that’s why the demand for health drinks has risen.

Herbal health drinks play a pivotal role in managing the nutrient supply to the body, apart from being an excellent source of antioxidants.
Health drinks are low on calories as well as palatable, and that’s why preferred among all age groups.

Owing to the popularity of health drinks, the demand for herbal drinks manufacturing units has increased, and at GOMA Engineering, we provide the best-in-class machinery for health drinks manufacturing.

Goma plant for herbal health drinks processing.

We, at GOMA Engineering, manufacture processing plants for an herbal health drink. It includes products like Amla juice, Aloe Vera juice/drink, Neera, Coconut water, Noni, and so on. These are just a few options that are healthier options over aerated drinks.

We manufacture plants for herbal processing for small/medium/large scale industries. We customize them into semi-automatic & automatic types.

The equipment that we manufacture for our clients is perfect for processes like:

Washing– The fruits and getting the grit and dust off the fruits.

Pulping– Extracting the pulp of the fruits to turn it into a uniform juice.

Pasteurizing– A process that uses very high heat for less time to kill bacteria and make the juice bacteria-free

De-aeration– This process removes the dissolved glasses from the liquid.

Evaporation– For obtaining the concentrate from the juices

The aroma recovery system process focuses on preserving the natural aromas of the fruits and other natural ingredients in the final product, i.e. the juice.

Packaging – The last stage where the product is sealed and packed into containers like bottles or tetra backs that are bought by the end users.

GOMA’s esteemed clientele includes Patanjali Ayurved, for the Amla & Aloe vera Processing Plant & has supplied to Noni Biotech, for Noni Processing, & Kerala Agriculture University for the supply of Neera processing plant suitable for hot as well as cold processing.

At GOMA, we strongly believe in bringing in the latest innovations and techniques.
