Emulsion plant

An emulsion is a mixture of two or more liquids that are normally immiscible (unmixable or unbendable) owing to liquid-liquid phase separation. Examples of Emulsions include flavor emulsion, Homogenized milk, etc.

Two liquids can form different types of emulsions, for example, oil and water can form.

Oil-in-water emulsion in which the oil is the dispersed phase and water is the continuous phase & water-in-oil emulsion in which water is the dispersed phase and oil is the continuous phase.

The emulsion may be of pharmaceutical, chemical & food application. For making any kind of stable emulsion need to reduce particle size can be achieving by proper mixing or high-pressure homogenization.

For making AKD emulsion need tanks for standardization, heating, homogenization, cooling & filling in retail or bulk packing.

Making flavor emulsion needs a standardization system, homogenization, heating & cooling system.

Pharmaceutical emulsion included oral syrup, eye drop can be prepared hygienically at a large scale through a high-pressure homogenizer.
